Self-love Coaching

By providing support and guidance, I assist you in developing healthy habits and behaviours, promoting self-acceptance, and increasing self-worth. Together, we identify and challenge negative self-talk and limiting beliefs, leading to greater self-awareness and self-confidence. My goal is to empower you to embrace your authentic self, leading to a happier and more fulfilling life.
Couples Coaching
Couples coaching is for those who want to deepen their intimacy, better their communication, improve their sex life, and work towards their individual and joint goals. I specialize in working with couples that have at least one partner who identifies as a man.
Something doesn’t have to be “wrong” in order for you to seek support for your relationship. When working with couples, I like to remind them that the first step to making changes is to put down the idea that something is a “problem” or needs to be “fixed.” Instead, it is much more empowering and a lot less combative to relate to something as simply a gap - a space between where you and your partner are now and where you’d like to be.
Integrative Coaching
Personalized support and guidance for those who are seeking to integrate plant medicine into their healing journey. My coaching approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, taking into account your physical, emotional, and spiritual health. I help you navigate the process of selecting, preparing, and integrating plant medicine experiences (ceremonies and/or microdosing), as well as supporting you in developing self-care practices and strategies for ongoing healing and growth.
