Through guided exercises, reflective discussions, and practical tools, you will set the foundation to learn how to:

Virtual Office Hours

Feeling stuck and need some support? Want some spot coaching to help you work through it? Curious about what coaching is like with me and want to get a taste? This space is for you! 

How it works: 

  • First booked, first served - I will offer 10-15 minutes of coaching for each person booked (in the order of their booking) in front of everyone who signed up.

  • Please arrive ON TIME. If you miss your spot, I may not be able to go back to you. If you are late, you may need to wait in the waiting room until I am finished with whoever I am working with at the time.

  • There are no refunds. While I will try my best to manage the time, if you are the 4th or more person to book, there is a chance we won't get to you.

  • Even if I am unable to get to you, there is SO much value in hearing someone else be coached. So I encourage you to be there the whole hour! You'd be surprised by how many times someone is sharing exactly what you're going through.

  • COME PREPARED with a specific coaching request. Cut down on details, ain't nobody got time for that!! If you were able to work through x, how would that change your life? What is currently preventing you from doing so?

  • Please be respectful of everyone else. By attending, you agree to keep everyone's information and shares confidential.

Virtual Breathwork

In these sessions, I will guide you to connect your inhale and exhale in an unbroken wave of breath. This type of breath brings more oxygen into your body than you normally receive which leads you into an enlivened meditative state. Most people also experience physical sensations such as body tingling, tetany (or muscle contractions), and a somatic release of emotions.

The breathing alone does not result in emotional resolution, though it can trigger the emotions and sensations from past trauma. The breath creates a complete circuit of energy in the body which enables you to feel what is already present.

Some benefits of breathwork include:

  • Inner peace and tranquility

  • Emotional healing

  • Greater clarity

  • Profound sense of calm

  • Reduction in anxiety

  • A deeper or renewed sense of connection to self, others, and a higher power

  • Increased self-awareness

  • Relieved symptoms related to the immune system and the nervous system (relief in muscle tension, better sleep, improved breathing, improved circulation)

  • Improved mood and more positive outlook

How to prepare:

  • Set yourself up in a dimly lit, quiet, private, safe space.

  • Lay down on a yoga mat or floor mattress (couches and beds can often be too squishy or comfortable for you to get into the breath properly).

  • You may want a pillow or two behind your shoulders or knees. Bring a blanket/layers as your temperature may fluctuate.

  • If you are comfortable doing so, set up your camera so that I can see your body once you are laying down.

  • I recommend using headphones so that you can be immersed in the music and hear my cues.

  • Avoid eating 1 hour before the session. Make sure to use the bathroom and not overhydrate beforehand so that you aren't interrupted.

In-person Ceremonies

Somatic Sound Ceremonies

Somatic Sound Ceremony is my signature, in-person offering that includes vocal activation, shamanic breathwork, and sound healing.

Vocal Activation

Vocal activation involves using your own vocal chords to create wordless sounds (including singing, grunting, yelling, and other vocal expressions). Expressing in this way stimulates the vagus nerve, a major part of the nervous system known for storing trauma and emotions. Activating this part of the body is a powerful tool in somatic healing and self-expression.

Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful practice that involves manipulating the breath in order to explore your inner landscape without judgment or expectations. Breathwork is done in a variety of ways, but at its core, its purpose is to help you connect deeply to your body, mind, and spirit.

Throughout the breathwork portion, I will use shamanic tools to support you in your emotional and somatic release.

Sound Healing

Live sound is an incredibly powerful healing tool. The frequency of the vibrations of sound instruments affect brainwave cycles, neurochemistry, the autonomic nervous system, heart-rate variability, and subtle energy in the body. I will play a variety of sound healing instruments, such as the gong, crystal sound bowls (tuned to 432Hz, the frequency of the Earth), the wave drum, the rainstick, chimes, handpan, tibetan bowls, and more. The sound healing portion of the ceremony will help you integrate all that came up during the breathwork and leave you in a state of blissful calm.
