Coming soon to One Paseo, SWTHZ is a luxury contrast therapy studio specializing in deliberate exposure to heat and cold. ❄️🔥 Clients enjoy up to 60 minutes in a luxury private suite equipped with infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin-c shower.
Please buy your ticket ahead of time with the link below for $15, or you can pay $20 at the door for a drop in! Check-in opens at 9:30am, event starts at 10:00a and proceeds benefit the Navy SEAL Foundation!

Somatic Sound Ceremony is Christina’s signature, 2-hour ceremony that includes vocal activation, shamanic breathwork, and sound healing. Connect to your body, your spirit, and the divine with your breath as a guide. We stimulate the vagus nerve with vocal activation, which helps you tap into the part of your body that stores your emotions. Then we use your breath - your life force - to help you feel, process, and release your emotions. Finally, you receive a relaxing sound bath to help you integrate all that you’ve experienced.
