Somatic Sound Ceremony

Every 1st and 3rd Monday 6:30-8pm | Fox Point Farms, Encinitas, CA

Somatic Sound Ceremony is Christina’s signature ceremony that includes vocal activation, shamanic breathwork, and sound healing. Connect to your body, your spirit, and the divine with your breath as a guide. We stimulate the vagus nerve with vocal activation, which helps you tap into the part of your body that stores your emotions. Then we use your breath - your life force - to help you feel, process, and release your emotions. Finally, you receive a relaxing sound bath to help you integrate all that you’ve experienced.

Rooted Reset - Half Day Retreat

Prepare yourself for a day of nervous system regulation, restoration, and indulgence. Together, we will reset the mind, body and soul in a supportive and uplifting space.

We’ve partnered with The Studio by Catalyst in Rancho Bernardo to bring you an afternoon filled with functional fitness, heart-opening yoga, sound healing and breathwork. Between sessions, you’ll have access to our wellness lounge - complete with red light therapy, an infrared sauna and other restorative offerings.

This retreat is designed to help you bridge the gap between the physical and the spiritual, cultivating balance and alignment in all aspects of your being. At Root to Rise, we believe that a well rounded, connected self is the key to living a peaceful and joyful life.
