Somatic Sound Ceremony

Somatic Sound Ceremony is Christina’s signature ceremony that includes vocal activation, shamanic breathwork, and sound healing. Connect to your body, your spirit, and the divine with your breath as a guide. We stimulate the vagus nerve with vocal activation, which helps you tap into the part of your body that stores your emotions. Then we use your breath - your life force - to help you feel, process, and release your emotions. Finally, you receive a relaxing sound bath to help you integrate all that you’ve experienced.
